Meet the Team

Get to know the people who are on the air!

Dalton Dalton (They/Them)

I am a senior media and communications major. I am the host of “Decade Docket” on ARC. Each week, Mondays at 8 pm, I pick a decade and play two hours of my favorite songs from it. The ultimate dream is to be on the radio, any radio all the time… a job in this field is what I’m shooting for. In my spare time, I collect CDs, cassette tapes, and records and love reading anything sci-fi or fantasy.

Kieran Barber (He/They)

I host the show Kieran’s Indie Playlist, which runs on Wednesdays and Fridays
starting at 6 PM! It’s a show where I share some of my favorite Indie Rock tunes, new
and old. I was interested in being a part of the radio station because I have a deep love
for music. I love sharing what songs I’m listening to with anyone who will lend an ear so it’s the perfect opportunity for that! I also love introducing people to new music and that’s at least a part of what I hope to do with my show. Outside of the radio station, I enjoy reading, writing, watching movies, and playing video games.

Samantha Simpson (She/Her)

Year: Senior

Radio Show: The Basement Tapes, a show that plays “hidden gem” songs or whatever I can’t get out of my head that week. Mostly centered on rock and roll but definitely branches out from time to time.

Interests: Though I love music so much, my main passion is photography, as its what I’m majoring in.

Chase Kasarda (She/Her)

Major: Biology, Pre-PT, Studio Art minor, civic scholar, and honors student

Year: Sophomore, class of 2026

Show: I actually don’t have one, I’m interested in working with the radio and helping out where I can

Some things about me: I like getting into new things all the time, and my current hobby is crocheting. I’m an artsy person at heart, I’ve danced my entire life, and have always enjoyed painting the most. I love the outdoors and just dilly-dallying. I always have a pair of roller skates in my trunk for when the weather is nice. My freshman year I would always walk past the radio booth and thought it was the coolest thing. Once I found out it was coming back, I knew I had to get involved! I’m super excited to hear everyone’s shows and hope more people join!

Klaudia Wrona (She/Her)

Major: Global Media (concentration in Sound & Music)

Year: Sophomore

Describe your show: five – thirty – five (5-30-5) – radio show based on the “pomodoro study technique” where you take a 5 minute break, study for 30 minutes, take a 5 minute break, and so on. I have 5 minutes where I talk about what music I’ll play, or what I’m studying for the day, and then play music for the 30 minutes, and then repeat!

Interest in the station: I was interested in the station as a way to share my music with others. I also like the idea of the arc radio being a common place for people to share their different music tastes, as well as an outlet to talk about topics you care about.

Interested in general: I love music, reading, crochet/knitting, thrifting, and traveling

Justin Peccina (He/Him)

Major: Business Admin
Year: Senior
Show: I didn’t give a show title in time… so it’s just Justin’s Show (aka Just Jams, but the world will never know)
Interests: Some of my interests are listening to music, walking around campus, playing video games (especially Pokémon), and doing the daily New York Times games

Jyothi Ravilla (She/Her)

I am Jyothi, class of 2025, a sophomore, majoring in Pre-Engineering in Computer Science and minor in Mathematics, I like to draw Mandala art and I love to listen to Indian Music, I am an international student from India.

Abby Emory (She/Her)

My name is Abby and I am a junior Art History major. My show is called “Off the Shelf” where I will be reading a segment of a book each week for one hour taking a break at the 30 minute mark to play a classical music song. I think it will be fun to be a part of the ARC station and I hope listeners will like my show! Outside of school, my interests include reading, writing, doing fiber crafts like knitting and crochet, watching movies and tv shows and doing things with family and friends.
